It's Happening!
We're saying a final good-bye to the Kalidore Photobucket (although it will remain in place archivally) and the Kalidore Gallery will also be laid to rest. Kalidore's new hosting platform is - kalidore.smugmug.com/ - and we're currently in the process of getting everything moved in and functioning
The purpose of this thread is to track changes, errors, and omissions.
Please do not post unless reporting an error or tracking changes.
Please post in the designated format for each.
As things start moving, we anticipate a few hiccups. That's only natural. So firstly - DON'T PANIC. Your adoptables will not be lost, even if they are temporarily missing. The purpose of this thread is to ensure everything gets to the right place, and for that, we need several pairs of eyes on the job. To best co-ordinate things, we also need clear, concise communication. This is why we ask you to hold off any random chatter - or even specific chatter (ie, "X and Y are misssing!" type posts, which will only clutter the board until we're in a position to deal with them).
Do you want to be a "Bucket Checker"?
Are you extremely detail-oriented and thorough?
Bucket-Checkers will need to compare the Photobucket folders against the Smugmug folders to ensure that everything was transferred properly. There will be NEW items in SmugMug that aren't in Photobucket, however, if there are items in Photobucket that are NOT in SmugMug, we need to know about them!
Do note: if you're checking Photobucket, you NEED a good add-blocker on your browser... mine is telling me it's blocking approximately 38 adds per page... so don't go in there alone XD
Procedures:
1. Each Bucket-checker will have a post where they update which buckets they plan to check, and make note of.
Format should be: Folder -> Gallery; example:
Folder: (G-I)
* Geob
* Greywolf
* Hardwired
* HarvestMoon
2. Once you have CHECKED a bucket, BOLD that person's name. Any errors should be listed as below:

BECAUSE PHOTOBUCKET DOES NOT SUPPORT DIRECT IMAGE LINKING ANYMORE, just use the Page URL instead of the image URL. Do this to capture ANY image that is not in smugmug - this includes vouchers, art pieces, and uncerted images as these are the most likely images to have been missed.
You should also make note of anything INCORRECT in Smugmug (ie, unicorn certed to someone else) too.
If you come across an entire bucket that has been missed - make note of it UNLESS it is empty of adoptables (not including items). We have been playing clean-up with dead buckets!
3. It's okay to double-check other people's work, the more eyes the merrier
But pay attention to who is doing which bucket to ensure we don't miss anyone and everyone has been gone through thoroughly. 4. If you see something else amiss or confusing that is not mentioned here, do bring it up! At the same time, refrain from more random questions here -- use our Slack Channel for those
