I will agree that, on a lot of levels, Indomita is a good lesson in how NOT to layout an online game XD I *think* it's really more a vehicle for RPing, which I don't have time for so am not even going to touch, but the art is nice, and I like the different things the horses can inherit (like, marwari ears, different hair types, etc) But ZOMG NOT INTUITIVE. And there's no real working "guide" to the place, the encylcopedia's a joke (for instance, all the "Lore" information is actually stashed under the geographical headings where said Important Horse came from) and they have NO glossary and so many weird terms and titles of places and things. It's... a learning experience. A good learning experience in how not to do things XD
I don't see myself getting hooked on it in they way FR has got me, but I appreciate pretty horses. I think the experience might be different if you play with people you know and then your horses can interact and DO THINGS together, but as a lone person it's pretty unremarkable.
But - the horses are pretty? Did I mention that? DRAFTS... >.>
What's your account, Sam?

I've already found you and sent you a friend request. ^.^ Yes, the horses are pretty. That's all it's got going for it to hook me. It took me forever to figure out what the heck it meant when it said my horses didn't have the AP to do something. Because of the way it's laid out, I assumed that having the blue AP bar full meant I had enough AP. I didn't realize, until I got to digging through a *different* guide that it was the opposite for that particular bar. Definitely a good lesson in what not to do. I've got warmbloods. I created two and adopted two.

I also found that Firefox doesn't quite show the colours right on the bars. Plus you also have to refresh to see the bars gain/subtract as you do things. And so many things are reliant on mouse-overs that it can be hard to figure out what you're doing on a tablet (yes, lots of bugs in this stew!)
The user guides are WAY better than anything the site offers. At the very least, the people seem helpful too.

*noms sam* My chatty colt Kydon just jut sent all your herd relationship requests This will allow them to be able to interact with him. Feel free to send requests to all my herd members as needed. This becomes really helpful when you're doing "interaction" training regiments, since it costs you AP to both send & answer questions. Therefore, if you your horse has lots of relationships, you can send one to each horse in the list, and that way you don't wear out any one person's AP. Plus your foals should come with instant families they can interact with, unless their parents have gone inactive/retired; then you should send one of your adults up to collect them (or I can, if I'm nearer) or have them runaway and hope someone else picks them up XD Otherwise they're just sort of stuck there, unable to move and not gaining much in the way of stats; that happened to one of mine until I figured it all out XD In other news, more babies, Not steller, but not bad. All up for grabs if wanted The yellow-bellied lady is actually pretty cool looking And then, because I miraculously sold two thirds of the nursery, I bought him: He is fierce all grown up And now Pheonix has a pretty mate!

Well shoot XD I just accidentally bought two sisters. I meant to buy one, had the two windows open, and while flipping though mistook one for the other and paniced that the purchase hadn't gone through. And now... I have both: I suppose it's not terrible, because they're both VERY close to what I had hoped for my eventual Poison Project: There tert isn't aqua though, but those aqua eyes were the deal-sealer for me. I still don't really need BOTH though... anyone want one? XD XD XD

I scavenged an earth egg this morning and for some reason could NOT resist hatching it.
She is definitely getting poison. The pattern is a perfect match for her wings. And I am thinking stripes for a secondary. And maybe a breed change, though I haven't decided to what. *admires Whimsy's clutch* I may have to put in a bid on one of those guardians.... <3

So which of those babies are you keeping? My favorite of the guardians is the female, but I really need more males. And I like them both. *sigh*

Mah pretties from the pink guardian boy I got from Whim a while back. I can't decide who to keep. XD She doesn't look like anything special. But grown, I absolutely love her looks. Of the three, I think this one *might* be my least favorite. Maybe. I waffle. Then we have this one, who has that pretty contrasting smoke. It tempts me greatly to remove her piebald gene. <.<

*takes the last to the scry workshop* Oooooooo, that IS pretty! My nest of five gave be one shimmer, but the rest are all cherub <3
I am still dithering about which if any I want to keep. The girl (first one) looks good with underbelly/glimmer, but again, I have too many girls. The second one, his tert is too intense for underbelly, imo, but it looks good on spines... The pink-winged boy... no. Just no. To a tertiary gene at least. The ice blue boy has tangerine for a tert and its okay on spines, too. As for shimmer, its not among my favorite genes, but he has slate for a tert which goes well with his seraph wings.

The fae...
The spirals are rather drab. Both have ripple, daub, and spines. The first is soil, gold, and orange the other slate, spring, banana. The tundras are all in shades of green. All with tiger, two with a blue-tone smoke.

Evidently I've been too busy to notice there were posts in here XD Sam, that pink and black lady is a beautimus beastie! And I love that steampunk guardian, geob... I have some babies too, but they're not super exciting: Were only that fae a girl. There were also some spirals but they failed to get more than a gene a peice, so they'll be exalted on Spiral day, whenever it rolls around again. I have a few of those to let go Aslo, Taz grew up: Pretty cool looking piebald okapi Sam, I'm moving the herd down to the beach to collect coconuts. Anything you need to accomplish along the way?

*noms Lectral* I am sad for the babies - I was silly and sold them right as a dominance push was happening... so they both got exalted instantly XD *sigh* I would have totally kept the Fae myself if he were a girl. There parents are so stubborn, I'm thinking of breed switching one of thier other babes just so I get the breed/gender/colour combo I want. I give it one more breeding XD And I has MOAR babies, if anyone wants them: Otherwise I'll stick 'em in the AH tonight, although SOMEBODY is getting released so I can hatch tomorrow XD

Don't you hate when you're playing around with genes on a baby you think you're going to exalt, and then you land on something really cool? I don't need more projects XD

And I found me my next poison dragon: He'll be a mate to my "close enough" girl, who's tert is lemon instead of banana, but that means they have a 50/50 chance of babies with the right colour. So she will be getting underbelly, he will be getting poison/toxin, and I *think* that should work, because poison/toxin/underbelly is dominant to shimmer/peregrine/smoke? I was also going to breed change him, but I might keep him a spiral just because his eyes match too. Then do this to one of his babies: Maybe with underbelly too. Though they actually look reasonable with the smoke, too, if that accidentally happens. Also, anyone want a Starsweeper familiar? Will trade her for a gold muck

How do you get gold muck? I have yet to figure that one out.

Gold muck is from transmuting familiars. You have a chance of gold, silver, or copper, which is the most common. Usually I have better luck with gold than silver, except when I'm trying to hoard it for eventual poison genes XD
